04-01-10        Rule amendments:

·        C Program and Sportsman Program races will be 60 minutes.

·        Non Members will now be allowed to race events.  There will be a $5 weekend pass fee added to their race entry fee.  Non Members will not receive series points nor will they have lap times posted on the website.  Also, Non Members will not be required to purchase a scoring transponder.
